December 13, 2000 Ripon Area Builders has worked with us on several projects to restore our 158-year-old Victorian home. November 30, 2000 What started out as a business relationship turned into a friendship. New to town, we contacted Ripon Area Builders when we renovated our 1863 house. December, 2000 Peter and Lynn were great to work with all the way from our planning stages through final construction of our new home. All the plans were easy to follow and no detail was spared in an effort for us to fully conceptualize what final construction would look like. Plans were reviewed several times and explained, while all costing estimates were itemized and understandable. As with most any construction, changes are inevitable, however, Peter and Lynn worked with us on all changes and modifications and made certain the changes met our satisfaction. All the employees from Ripon Area Builders were very professional and courteous. If we ever had a question, they would be certain to answer it for us or have Peter or Lynn contact us. All the work was performed to our satisfaction and completed in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend Ripon Area Builders to anyone considering construction. We really love our great room with the fireplace and numerous windows. During those cold winter days, the sun shines through the many windows and warms the home. Tim & Vicky Wuest
